Drop Off/ Delivery for Diagnostic/Repair
Feel free to walk into PEV Works and drop off your vehicle for a repair or diagnostic anytime we are open. In most cases, we will not be able to begin your repair for 24-48hrs from drop off, as we usually have a full queue of repairs ahead of any drop off. In some cases, we can work with you to attempt to get your repair done on the same day, but there is a rush fee of $50 involved.
*Word of warning. There and literally 100’s of different generic scooters that we have learned over time that we can’t get parts on AT ALL. We highly suggest you double check with us before driving more than a few minutes. You can text us a picture at (415) 237-1761 then follow up with a phone call. We have one bad google review for a customer who drove 3 hours to get turned around with a scooter notorious for parts that are not available. We do our best, but want to be transparent. We can’t fix all scooters and don’t always verify last minute appointments and call back customers warning them we may not be able to even take their scooter in the back. We want to serve you all. Just a warning. We may not be able to due to generic china scooters.
Delivery options through Lugg.com Too busy to pick up or drop off? Fear not. We have you covered with a Bay Area startup partner. They will pickup within 10-30 minutes. Please call ahead to make sure you are entered into our system before scheduling a drop-off or pick-up. We will send you a work order number to write on your device and a payment link for diagnostics. Rates range from $30-$60 depending on the time.
