Delivery options through Lugg.com Too busy to pick up or drop off? Fear not. We have you covered with a Bay Area startup partner. They will pickup within 10-30 minutes. Please call ahead to make sure you are entered into our system before scheduling a drop-off or pick-up. We will send you a work order number to write on your device and a payment link for diagnostics. Rates range from $30-$60 depending on the time. Step 2: Our technicians complete the repair or diagnostic

Our technicians will use industry-leading techniques to repair your electric vehicle. Once the repair is done, we will contact you via the contact information given during check-in. For phone and text message communication, we will ask your consent to call or text you. If consent is given, our automated systems may message you during the repair lifecycle to keep you updated on the status.

Step 3: Tada 🪄

Your repair is now done, and you should pick up your vehicle within two business days, or storage fees may apply.
